Unique design & pure nature
By Lake Mustajärvi, surrounded by birch and pine, this 1970s log cabin sleeps four (+2) guests. It blends retro charm, Finnish design, and an original 60s sauna with a modern outhouse.
Big windows frame the forest and lake, while cosy bunk beds with memory-foam mattresses and soft bedding ensure a good night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchen and terrace among the trees are perfect for meals and relaxing in the afternoon sun.
The forest is full of berries and mushrooms, and the lake is ready to explore with a traditional rowing boat. Whether you want to swim, fish, or just relax, it’s a peaceful bit of Finnish wilderness.
Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking
The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, along with an outdoor BBQ. Enjoy preparing meals indoors or take advantage of this unique culinary experience against the backdrop of the beautiful Finnish lake.
Dishes and glassware provided are lovingly curated Finnish , both contemporary and mid-century, design pieces featuring Pentik, Arabia, Marimekko, Iittala and Riihimäen Lasi.

Beautiful, traditional log property amongst >70-year-old pine and birch trees
Comfortably sleeps 1-4 people in a cozy bunk bed area within the main house, plus sofabed. Recommended for 2 in lower bunks, plus 2 for the sofabed.
Bedding and Towels always provided, Familon bedding, fluffy towels and separate sauna towels from Lapuan Kankurit.
Running cold water from the lake is available (no warm water)
Rustic, but comfortable outhouse with modern, odourless compost toilet
Original sauna from the 60s, with direct lake and swimming access
Traditional style Rowing boat available for guests use
No TV, but Wifi available
